Please submit a quote for the goods described below until 17:00 on Wednesday 28th August 2024 Your pro-forma should clearly state the total price including delivery costs, taxes, and any other charges. Please show any discounts that may apply. UİYV is a humanitarian non-governmental aid agency, operating in emergency situations so any facilitation would be greatly appreciated.
QUOTATION SUBMİSSİON GUIDELINES:
1) PRICING;
– The offered price must be given in Turkish Lira.
– The supplier can submit more than one offer.
– The prices must include all costs(transportation) and applicable taxes.
2) RFQ PERIOD;
The quotation validity period must be at least 30 days.
3) PAYMENT METHOD;
– Payment will be done via bank transfer after delivery completion and work (MQR) Approval.
-The payment will be transferred in Turkish Lira through bank transfer as (EFT) transfer.
4) REQUIRED DOCUMENTS;
– The stamped and signed offer.
– Updated company Documents such as (Tax Plate, Certificate of Activity and signature Circular etc.)
5) OFFER SUBMISSION;
All offers must be sent to the below email;
If your offer was sent to any other email, your offer might not be considered.
6) SPECIAL CONDITIONS;
1. Prices must include transportation, loading, unloading, installation and operating fees.
2. The warranty of the offered equipment must be at least 2 years.
3. The supplier must repair any damage to the equipment (non-user damage) free of charge within 2 years.
4. If the equipment is damaged by non-user 3 times within 2 years, the supplier must provide a new equipment.
5. All equipment, tools and products must be new and unopened.
6. The supplier is required to provide spare parts for the equipment/tools delivered within a period of 10 years.
7. Please only use TRY as the currency for your offers as per the guidelines.
8. The quotes from suppliers must include VAT,
9. The offer may not be considered if VAT is not included.
10. Only sealed/stamped and signed offers will be accepted.
11. Delivery place: Gaziantep.
Note: The supplier might be selected for part of the bid and UİYV has the right to award the tender to multiple suppliers.
